Windows 11 Update Stuck

Hello, since this morning my computer is stuck due to a Windows 11 update and I'm using another computer to write to you.
I'm being asked to go through OOBE. I was afraid to do it, I stopped and restarted the computer but everything is frozen, I'm being told an error has occurred but I can't do anything, everything is blocked.
Help please, who can assist me?

Hello,
Use the link to download the Windows ISO to create a USB drive (at least 8GB) to update, repair, or install Windows.
https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows11
Once you have the Windows ISO file, you can create a bootable USB drive with Rufus.
In GPT mode for EFI.
Boot from it using the Boot Menu key of the PC.
You can search on Google "[Brand Model] Boot Menu Key"
You can first try to Repair (System Restore), or if not, Install Now.Choose "Custom installation" (not upgrade).
There’s no need to format if there's space; if there are data, they will be found in a Windows.old folder (which will automatically delete after 10 days).
Install on the same partition, or optionally, delete all system partitions and create a new one (this will delete the data).

Thank you Fabul, but all of this is quite complicated for me.
On another note, as I mentioned, I'm writing from my husband's computer because my own has a frozen screen and I can't do anything, neither move forward nor backward, so I don't see how I can follow your advice.
Thank you.

Your husband's PC is connected to the Internet.
You just need an 8GB USB stick or larger to put the Windows setup on it.
Do you have a USB stick larger than 4GB somewhere? Because the Windows setup takes ≈5GB.
And boot the sick PC from the USB stick using the Boot Menu. -
Hello Fabul, I don't see my response in this discussion, so I'm reposting it:
I have a fairly powerful external hard drive, I saved the link you sent me on it but then I'm stuck on Rufus, what should I do?
Last night I let my PC discharge and the stuck screen seems to have unfrozen because the Windows update page asking me if I accept Windows personalized offers came back as soon as I turned it on again, and the "turn on" box is blue again instead of gray.
What do you advise me? Should I accept?
Best regards,
enailys

hello again, as I told you yesterday, I'm a bit of a daredevil... I clicked on "accept"
actually, it was to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, but I switched to Windows 11 a long time ago... maybe that's why it got stuck?
I went almost all the way through and answered "no" to the question "was this helpful... and then everything suddenly got unstuck
thank you so much Fabul and have a great day
