Hello,

A friend has a major problem with her phone since today; a PIN code for unlocking suddenly appeared, her TikTok account has been taken over, and another phone number has been added to her Google account.

She reset her phone, which was probably the best thing to do. However, upon restarting after the reset, it asks for a PIN code...

So now we are stuck, and she doesn’t know what to do.

Do you have a solution?

For your information, she doesn't know how all this started because she claims she didn’t install any new applications (I thought of a fake infected app).

Thank you in advance

Good evening,

Except that upon startup after the reset it asks for a PIN code ...

CCM Forum - Charter - Unlocking phones

Members of CommentCaMarche.net cannot help you bypass SimLocking measures, blocking by IMEI - Password - iCloud - schematics, or recover a lost or forgotten code for a mobile phone, smartphone, tablet, or any other mobile device.

Indeed, your good faith cannot be verified at all, any response provided regarding such requests could be misused for malicious purposes (stolen phone or otherwise...). This would amount to aiding in hacking and would therefore be contrary to the CCM charter!

So there is no legal solution, is that right?

If you enter the correct PIN code.

Yes, but she's not the one who brought it in. Plus, the phone isn't old; it's really annoying if we have to buy another one for that. The worst part is that she has no idea what she could have done before all this mess started...

Contact the manufacturer's support or check with the retailer who provided you with this phone.

She called Leclerc who says they can't do anything. We'll check with the manufacturer, thank you.

Hello @cocodu67... StatusMember.

If it’s the SIM card PIN that’s being asked for, after three incorrect PIN attempts, a PUK code will be required. To retrieve the PUK code is very simple, you just need to go to your mobile subscriber area or contact your mobile operator.

Hello,

Unfortunately, it's the FRP (Factory Reset Protection)

There are software programs and even applications in the Play Store that can help you, so look for them online.

I saw, but it seems that some don't work, others are paid with unknown effectiveness, and others are outright viruses.
