Is Imyfone mirrorto a virus?

Hello,

After updating Imyfone mirrorto, I noticed that my PC was slow, so I started a scan with MalwareBytes and it indeed detected a suspicious item in "Generic.Malware/Suspicious, C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\IMYFONE\IMYFONE MIRRORTO\UTILS\PORTKILL.EXE"

Since I cleaned everything, my PC has no more problems.
Is it really a virus? I'm surprised because it wasn't the first time I used this software and I've never had a virus before.

    Hello.

    I analyzed this software, here is the result.

    It should be noted that free versions of software often come bundled with adware.

    In this case, portkill was detected; this software allows you to see which ports are being used by processes/applications, so it operates on the network, which is why MBAM detected it, but that doesn't necessarily mean it was malicious.

      Since I didn't have any view on the PC during this slowdown, I can't guess the exact reason.
