Hello,

I have an A4 document in WORD with a median split into 2 A5 sections.

I did a mail merge that works when I display one result per page.

Is it possible to display 2 results per page?

Best regards.

    Hello Faboons

A quick way to do it:

    - Choose a landscape layout
    - Choose a Mail Merge Labels, Microsoft template, the 1/12 letter template => OK
    - On the left label 1, insert the merge fields and any text you copy
    - In the right label, cursor after the {NEXT} field, click on 'update labels' and paste the copied text

You can merge to check before printing

    Hello (hi Argitxu)

Yes, of course the solution (Labels even if we don't want to make "real" labels) is made for that, namely to choose as many results per page as desired.

However, there is nothing to do in the second cell, you just need to click on "update labels" once the first one is created.

Moreover, it is not necessarily useful to switch to Landscape layout, it all depends on the desired outcome.

      Hello M@rina :)

You're right, there's no need to copy-paste the possible text, "Update labels" takes that into account. That's great.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

Indeed, on the linked website, there is no section dedicated to this option in the mailing.

I've read a bit of everything on many sites, but when someone seemed to have found a solution, it wasn't posted on the forum :-(

    Hi,

I tried using the NEXT function, but it doesn't work because I have text fields, and an error message appears when I choose this option.

    Best regards.

    Hello

Perhaps make the source document in A4 without separation

and print with options 2 pages per sheet

Test with Microsoft Print to PDF (Windows virtual printer choice)

Hello, I solved my problem by converting the mail merge to .pdf. Multiple pages.

    Thank you everyone.
