Snapchat Calls

Hello,

I am writing on this forum because for some time now, my boyfriend and I have been calling each other every night, and our calls keep getting disconnected after a few minutes.

My connection works perfectly, and he says the same.

On our first call, we lasted 4 hours and 20 minutes, and for the past few days, the calls drop 2 to 3 minutes in...

Has anyone ever experienced this?

Where could this be coming from?

Hello,

It must be coming from their end regarding the servers, and if this is related to a server issue, there is nothing you can do except wait for Snapchat to fix the error in question, if the problem is occurring in both directions.
