Unable to install Diablo 4 on PS4

Hello,

So I want to buy Diablo 4. I can't purchase it on the Play Store.

I get the following message: The product you are trying to purchase is incompatible with the following products you already own.

Diablo® IV PS5

Even when I log into the PlayStation Store website with my account, I get the same message.

I want to clarify that I don't have a PS5 and I don't have any Diablo games installed. However, I do have in my library

I have performed the operation to refresh the licenses but to no effect.

For your information, I also have displayed in my library Diablo 4 Server Slam (PS4 and 5) and the Vessel of Hatred (PS4 and 5). But not installed for both.
