Samsung Tablet F9 Startup

I just bought a Samsung F9 tablet. When I opened it, the language was set to Spanish. I changed it to French Canada. At the next step, we have to choose the country, but the options are the countries of South America, not the provinces of Canada. How should I set up my tablet, please?

Hello,

The phones or tablets are nationalized, with a ROM memory version for each group of countries.

If we have purchased the wrong version, there is no other solution than to refund the tablet to buy the correct one or to replace the ROM with the correct version.

The latter option is risky; it involves certain online finding of the ROM corresponding to the exact model and country, and the manipulation is delicate; if done poorly, it renders the tablet permanently unusable.
