Same problem, it flashes white, orange, and red.
I called Bose customer service, who offered to retrieve the base and fix it for a fee of 103 euros after negotiating since the initial price was 150 euros, without giving me the reason for the problem.
I asked if the issue was known, and of course, they replied no.
It's worth noting that the module is only 4 years old... honestly, as someone who is fully equipped with Bose products and considering the customer service response, I am not inclined to buy this brand again, let alone to promote it.... really very disappointed given the purchase price of 690 euros.
Honestly, I do not recommend this product.
Have you found the cause of this problem and how to fix it yourself… beforehand

Hello, if you want my opinion, negotiating a repair is already quite bold; you wanted it to be covered by warranty, and now you are really pushing it. The negotiated price seems correct to me for an intervention on electronics at €700; I think you are being excessive in your demands and tarnishing a brand for this reason as well.
