Hello,

I would like to reset the Olivetti 8200 cash register I bought second-hand. No matter how I reconfigure it, when it comes to the Z report, it freezes, and I have to remove the batteries and start the configuration again. It refuses a new SD card and only accepts the previous owner's card.

A Total Reset Operation of All Data erases the cash register's working memory,

All totals and all counters (all report data) and erases all programming data of the cash register.

Your register will be wiped clean, and you will need to reprogram it. (find the manual first!)

The procedure would be:
Control key to Off
Hold down the "C" key for 2 to 3 seconds
Press the "9" key 3 times
