Headset not detected

Hello, I contacted SteelSeries support but they are closed, so I'm asking here as well. I just bought a new headset, the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1. I connected it with the adapter; the sound works, but I can't find the device on my PC, nor is the microphone working (I'm on Windows 11 64-bit).

    Hello,

    It should be under "Audio, Video and Game Controller" by expanding the general section.

    Or in the "USB BUS Controller"..?

    It may not bear the name "steelseries" but it should be related to audio...

    Otherwise, you can right-click on the small Speaker, at the bottom right, next to the clock==>"Playback devices"... and there you should find your headset.
