Change your profile picture on Allociné

Everything is in the title, I have been registered on Allociné for over a year, primarily to write movie reviews, and until now, I have never been able to change my profile picture. There are no options in the menu, whether on PC or on the mobile app. However, this option must be accessible since many users have a custom photo. Can you please help me? Thank you :)
