For the past few days, I always appear online around 3 a.m. while I’m sleeping. How is that possible? Thank you

Hello,

If the app is open or running in the background, you may appear online. To remedy this, make sure to close Messenger. You can also disconnect your phone from the internet at night to stop the app's activities.
