Hello,
Hello,
Unfortunately, I accepted notifications and I keep receiving alerts indicating the presence of a virus through notifications from Microsoft Edge and I am being offered to install antivirus software. I saw that this problem had already been raised and that I needed to install FRST, what script should I use? Are there other solutions?
Best regards,
S MARQUES

Good evening,
The simplest way to get started, see here:
https://www.commentcamarche.net/applis-sites/applications/28917-desactiver-les-notifications-des-sites-web-dans-un-navigateur/
Thank you, I have blocked notifications and other access. Should I do anything else to ensure my PC is secure?
You're welcome,
But it was just a click that shouldn't have been made, but it doesn't infect a system; it's just a nuisance when you have notifications you don't want.
For security, I recommend keeping Windows Defender.
Install another firewall (Optional) like Comodo Free Firewall.
> Mode: Custom
> Alert frequency level: Very high
Disable everything else completely except for the Comodo Firewall by strategically unchecking everything that needs to be unchecked...
An Anti-Malware (Optional) like regular scans with RegRun Reanimator (Free) or you can go for paid versions of security software from Greatis.com UnHackMe (Intermediate) or RegRun Security Suite Platinum; they require some judgment to use, but you get used to it.
A script blocker on the Internet browser like NoScript is almost mandatory if you don't have very healthy habits or if you visit sites you don't know, but you need to learn to allow scripts to use it, like the ones from CCM for example, otherwise, you won't even be able to post...
Otherwise, nothing else; for me, the other anti-whatever are a waste of time and a source of trouble.
Have a good evening.
