Hello,

Since yesterday, my photos are not being sent via MMS and I'm not receiving those from others. Are you experiencing the same issue?

    Check in the phone settings if mobile data is activated.

      My mobile data is always turned on. So it's not that. I'm not receiving any MMS from my contacts, whether they're with Bouygues or SFR.

        In that case, check with your mobile operator.

        All of a sudden, it crashes? Too strange considering that I haven't changed my plan at all. Thanks anyway.
