Call not sent

Hello,

I have a big problem with my Samsung SMa604 FN Android phone.

Since yesterday morning, I can no longer call anyone, it says "call not sent". I can't answer calls either. When I receive a call, my phone vibrates even though it's not in vibrate mode and I don't see the incoming call, so naturally it shows "missed call". However, I can send a message. This is really bad timing with the latest lockdown measures related to the Coronavirus. Could someone please help me?
