Hello, Until last night this device was working perfectly and unfortunately it was left on all night. This morning it was stuck and I couldn't change the channel, and what destabilizes me is that even the remote control no longer works. I have a second device of the same kind that works fine, and I was able to use the controls from one to the other, but now the remote for the first one no longer works on the second. I suppose the kids sat on the latter and it lost the frequency, but I don't understand the issue with the device. If anyone has had the same problem or any idea, I am open to suggestions. Thanks for the help

Hello!

For the locked device, try restarting it by unplugging the Formuler Z10 SE from the power source, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. This should force it to reset. If the problem persists, it may require a software update.
As for your remote control, it does seem that it has lost its frequency. To reprogram it, you normally need to follow these steps: turn on the Formuler, press the pairing button on the back of the remote (if it has one), then wait for the remote to be detected by the Formuler. If that doesn't work, it might be defective or the batteries could be dead. Try replacing the batteries or using another compatible remote to check.
If you still can't resolve your situation, it would be best to contact Formuler's customer service. They can provide you with more detailed assistance or a possible repair if necessary.
