Hello

I apologize right away if I am not on the right forum.

I own a 2-handset cordless phone essential EB_T_21-SF from Boulanger, and I have a problem with one of the handsets: the ringtone volume is off, and I can't find the solution to restore the sound despite the manual.

If someone could help me out, that would be great.

    I found the solution that is not in the user manual, it's simply to reset both handsets.
