Nvidia output not connected

Hello,

I recently bought a Gigabyte PC, on the first day the sound worked through the PC's speakers, and the next day nothing.

In the control panel, the Nvidia output says "not connected" and I can't fix it. I have uninstalled the drivers several times, checked for updates, everything is okay everywhere and yet there's zero sound...
