I noticed yesterday that my phone sent a message by itself to 2060. The message "DCB_ASSOCIATION:ZCRORUNE2J2IG0N1B709CATO5NTUO9SPP".

What does it mean? Is it a scam?

I didn't write or send this message, yet it was sent from my phone.

      The messages to and from DCB are linked to Google Play transactions directly billed by the operator.
