Voicemail is not accepting messages

Hello, I would like to disable the option that allows callers to leave a message on my voicemail.

As a subscriber to Free, does anyone have the formula to perform this action?

    How to activate or deactivate your Free Mobile voicemail via the Free app?

    1. Open the Free app.
    2. Go to settings.
    3. Select "Voicemail forwarding options."
    4. Select "Forward after X seconds."
    5. Choose a ringing duration in seconds, or deactivate your voicemail.
