    Hello,

    Well, either have it repaired by a technician, or open it up and hand it over to someone competent in this field, or consider getting a new headset, or claim the warranty if it is still valid.

    Is the headset sufficiently charged or not?

    Hello,

    How is the headset powered? With the original rechargeable battery or with dry batteries?

    It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it’s not there...
