Loose pad

Hello, I would like to know how I can reattach the cushion (the foam) of my JBL Tune 510bt headset because I can't seem to put it back on. I've watched a few tutorial videos explaining how to do it, but most are in English and not subtitled. If you could make a video showing the process, that would be nice.
