Unable to get the Facebook app dating feature back

Hello,

I have done several searches. Usually, I have always been able to manage on Google, YouTube, and especially thanks to the people who have asked questions before me. This time, I am unable to solve this problem.

I joined Facebook Dating and was banned for unknown reasons. All I received as an explanation is that I must not have respected the "terms of use".

For at least a year now, I have been trying to access this app and I cannot succeed. I have even created up to 4 new Facebook accounts. I have read several things such as that the account must be at least 25 days old (or something like that) to have access to the app.

I have tried on several computers and cell phones, with different names and email accounts without using any information synchronization. I have tried to contact Facebook support, I have watched several tutorials on YouTube, but they are all useless... and/or outdated...

Tinder, Zoosk, my locker, all those crappy dating sites that do not work at all, where men have to pay a fortune just to maybe get the chance to chat with a real authentic person, and where they have to compete with a ratio of 1000 men for one woman... What to say about Badoo, which was completely free before but now requires paying several hundred credits just to approach... and moreover, it has now become increasingly desolate in terms of female users.

For me, Facebook Dating was now the only possible way on the internet to meet and chat with authentic people in Quebec. Unfortunately, I am unable to resolve the issue and I cannot find absolutely anything about it online.

Hoping that someone has experienced the same problem and found a solution.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,

In fact, it’s Facebook that decides, there is no solution.

We can restrict the accounts that can access Dating. If you can’t or can no longer access Dating, the reasons may be as follows:

  • You are under 18 years old.
  • Your account is new or inactive.
  • You have not complied with our terms of service, our Community Standards, or other policies.

Check out our tips for ensuring your safety when using Dating.

Sorry for the delay in my response. I'm new to the topic of 'posting' a question. I thought I would receive a notification in my email indicating that someone had replied to me. I just saw that I had to check 'receive a response by email'... I'm not feeling too proud of myself about that, haha.

Thank you for taking the time to write to me.

As for me, I continue to look for a way to get back on Facebook Dating.

I find it really, really frustrating because it's truly the only effective and COMPLETELY free site. Everything else, without exception, is a ratio of 5000 men to 10 women, super expensive, and/or only has accounts/employees pretending to respond to get you to buy tokens for each message sent. I'm 39 years old, and finding ways to enter new social circles is so not easy, and bars really aren't what I enjoy.
