Payment declined

Hello,

I placed an order on easy cash, the payment was refused and I don't understand why. The first message I received was: "the bank access control is incorrect." After insisting, I received several messages: "fraud suspicion" or like in the photo: "maximum scoring reached." Nothing has been charged to my account. I made a payment on Amazon two days prior, no problem. I contacted the store, no issue on their side. And I even tried with another card under a different name, I got the same message.

Has anyone else had the same problem? Who should I contact? What should I do? Should I wait and try again?

    Hello,

Forget about paying with their platform... https://fr.scamdoc.com/view/1165460

    Move along.

FALSE, I'll let you read everything :-)

I would have agreed with you but not on the same domain name. The "scam" reviews concern those who have been scammed on a site using the same paywall.

Worldline France | Online Payment Solution

Worldline offers payment solutions to integrate into websites, like Paypal or others. This solution doesn’t seem to be a scam. The whois indeed points to the website I shared with you earlier, which I found through an independent search.

We don't have the domain name used, so I went with easycash.fr, created a fake account, placed an order, and that led me to this paywall. It's clearly the paywall used by easycash.fr, not a scam.

        Hello,

The platform may have been hacked, or the hackers may have created a fake site. I'm just reading what is written on ScamDoc... "Trust score: Average"

An easycash representative contacted me about the same issue. The payment partner is "blacklisting" emails or certain types of email addresses.

The problem does not come from the clients but from the easycash partner.

    Hello

Try from a computer directly, it will help determine if the problem comes from the mobile version of the seller's site or from your device.

Strange, paywalls are sensitive elements on a retail site; a 5-minute downtime can represent thousands of euros in lost revenue on such a large site.

The last time I encountered this, I just moved on and ordered elsewhere. You might consider asking to have the product delivered to a nearby Easy-cash and pay upon delivery if you are particularly keen on this product at this price.

        Hello,

The error codes come from the payment platform but are of course related to the affiliated merchant site.

They may indicate a technical security issue (in which case the user can only check if a script manager is not preventing a secure connection) or fraud attempts that are typically not related to the user but to the merchant site itself.

In short, any potential fix seems to depend on the merchant site itself and not necessarily for all its customers, and it's not very clear what can be done except wait.

    Hello,

After insisting, I received several messages: "fraud suspicions"

A very large number of attempts in a very short time are considered suspicious after a while (this applies to most sites…) like here on CCM for instance when encountering a login issue with the password, after a certain number of attempts within a very short time, the server robot will block the process, resulting in this context, it is the forum administrator who has to perform one or two actions to unlock the situation.

And I even tried with another card under a different name, I get the same message.

Of course, the security system on the site server takes into account (and recognizes your IP address…) via your internet connection.
