AliExpress Payment Declined PCS MASTERCARD

When I place my order on AE with my PCS (14€ for the card, just to remind...), I end up on the secure payment page by PCS, it sends me a security code via SMS that I enter, but after clicking on confirm, I get a message from AE indicating that the order was not completed:

Payment Unsuccessful.
Your bank or agency declined your payment. Please contact your card issuer

I don't understand where the problem is, does AE refuse PCS? I had read on many different forums that AE accepted them.
