Unable to install channels on Edenwood TV

Hello,

I just bought an Edenwood TV at Electrot Depot... this is my 6th television so I'm used to connections... my decoder is connected to my box with an ethernet cable, HDMI to HDMI 1 on the TV... connected to the internet and there's no signal or channels found... it's the first time I've encountered this problem... I think I'm going to return this junk and get a Philips... certainly a bit more expensive but definitely easier to install.

    Check that the TV is not in "demo" or "store" mode.

    Some ISPs impose a limit on the number of screens...?

    -- There are several models of EDENWOOD. I looked at this one, the 65" EDENWOOD ED65A08UHD-VE 4K UHD TV... based on what I've read, it should work...(???)

    The tuner is: Cable and DTT (no satellite)

    Let's say that TV reception comes through the antenna (if there is one) or HDMI.

    The internet connection is mainly for the SMART function and applications.

    This requires knowing a bit more...

    Hello,

    If it's a decoder that provides the image on HDMI1, there is no reason to find channels through the television.

    To find channels, the television must be connected to a collective or individual TNT antenna, or to "cable" via a coaxial cable.

    As for the decoder, it must provide an image as before on the previous television by selecting the HDMI1 input on the television.

    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
