Good evening everyone and thank you in advance for your help

When I try to log into my EDF customer area (on a DESKTOP PC) and only EDF, I receive the message 403 forbidden or a blank screen as my request does not go through. I try with different search engines and encounter the same problem. When I use my LAPTOP, I am able to access my EDF account. I would like to specify that I am using Windows 11. I don’t understand where the problem lies on my ACER NITRO desktop computer. Can you please help me?

Thank you in advance

hello

you say you've tried with several search engines... but have you tried with another internet browser?

by the way, which one are you using?

have you tried completely clearing your internet browser's cache? if the answer is no, that should be the first step.

.
Best regards,
Jordane

Hello Jordane45, I made a mistake; I meant several internet browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, and Opera). I almost cleared the caches of the browsers, but I hesitated because then I would have to redo the logins, etc. ... considering that I take care of several people around me.

I'm going to go ahead and do it anyway, and I'll come back to give you an update.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to me.

Hello,

At least in Firefox, I don't see why it would be any different in other browsers; clearing the cache and cookies fortunately does not delete the saved credentials.

In general, connecting to a "new device" (or one that hasn't been used in a long time) involves a confirmation code sent to a backup method (SMS, email address) to confirm the password corresponding to the identifier.

If for one reason or another this window does not appear (script-blocking extension, "security" software...), goodbye cows and calves...

By definition, a 403 code can only exist if one fails to identify or identifies incorrectly.
