BIOS issue (Boot failure)

Hello,
I am reaching out to you because after assembling my PC, I am encountering this error message.
Everything works perfectly except for this BIOS issue.
I have already tried updating the BIOS, but nothing changes...
Here is my configuration:
- Gigabyte B760 AORUS ELITE (DDR5)
- MERC319 AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT
- CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 RAM 32 Go
- Crucial P3 Plus 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD
Has anyone resolved this kind of issue before?

It's not a BIOS defect problem... But a Windows boot issue, if it's Windows..?
Or did you do any "unnatural" marriages in your setup..?

This is a processor recognition problem, what CPU do you have? Because right now it's boosting to 5090 MHz straight away, is it an i5 13600? Or an i7?
Your processor is poorly detected by the BIOS, it should start at its base frequency, not at the boost one.
