Marketplace blocked because of 20 listings

Hello
For 5 days, Marketplace has not allowed me to post an ad, telling me that I have reached my limit of 20 ads, whereas I have no ads. I looked at the proposals yesterday on CCM, I asked my daughter to send me an ad and there was no acceptance page. I then tried with settings and privacy, your activity, clicked on usage, Marketplace update, I did everything that was asked and when I click on accept, it takes me back to the information usage page.. THANK YOU SO MUCH IF YOU CAN HELP ME because I have a move to make.

It's Facebook that decides (there may be a mistake on their part…) for the rest, we can't do anything here on CCM.
Only Facebook can lift this restriction.
We are not able to act on Facebook's servers here on the CCM forum.

The rest is not very clear either.
You can't "send" an ad or an acceptance page, so there is probably another problem. Or a misunderstanding on your part.
Please check your classic FB account to see if there are any issues.
Verify that the pseudo limit messages are indeed from FB.
