Install Brother VC-500W printer with its driver

Hello,

I want to install the Brother VC-500W label printer on Windows 10 (desktop) using a USB cable.

After multiple attempts following the procedures suggested by the manufacturer on the Brother website, I cannot configure it. I tried to install the driver from the administrator profile, without success. The PC does not recognize this printer.

Does anyone have an idea that could help me make use of this little machine?

    Do not connect the printer to your computer via USB cable before installing the printer driver.

    Connect the USB cable when the driver installation procedure requests it (at the end of installation).

    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

      Thank you for your information.

      The "USB Cable" installation is impossible on my machine because... I discovered this morning that the printer's connector has sustained some damage and is unfortunately irreparable.

      The installation via Wi-Fi is now working properly.
