    https://fr.driverscollection.com/

    click on "search" at the top right

    and enter "hp c4380 14.8.0" in the appropriate box.

    you choose the ones intended for Windows 10 (it works for 11 too, at least for me) 218.9Mb from August 20, 2014

    Hello.

    Very old printer (2008), for this HP printer no drivers have been developed for recent versions of Windows https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/drivers/hp-photosmart-c4380-all-in-one-printer-series/model/3436556?sku=CC281B.

    Try a universal HP print driver https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/drivers/hp-universal-print-driver-series-for-windows/503548
