Hello,

I just changed the ink pad of my printer but the error message E11 is still there... impossible to print! Can someone help me or give me the steps to reset it?

Good evening,

it is normally reserved for Epson support and the reset is done via software.

You can use Wic Reset with a trial key. If the problem reoccurs, you will need to pay a small fee for the reset.

Thank you very much .. it worked! The software mentions a reset at 80%, does that mean the problem is not completely resolved then?  ????‍♀️

Yes, you have to pay to get a 100% reset.
