Towel warmer runs continuously

Hello everyone,
I have a Carrera Neptune towel warmer, 800 W reference CA-NC-B08T2, which I've owned for several years. It is equipped with an adjustable thermostat with settings for "morning," "evening," "morning and evening," and "Max 2 hours."
For some time now, the device has been stuck in forced mode, Max 2 hours, regardless of the timer's position and the heating level set (even at 0, the radiator heats up to maximum as soon as it is switched on).
How can I fix the problem? Is there any way to repair it?
