Hello,

I'm discovering IPTV Smarters, the problem is that after downloading the TV channels, movies, and series.

The TV channels don't work, it says "sorry this video cannot be played" "playback error, reconnect in 3s" what does that mean? And what to do?

We are with Bouygues and on fiber

Movies and series are fine

    Hello,

    In my opinion, this IPTV Smarters application is not provided by Bouygues...

    It's up to your provider to handle the after-sales service for their product. We're not in their shoes..
