LG SK5R soundbar stuck on optical source

Hello,

I have an LG SK5R soundbar, and my problem is as follows: my soundbar turns on and off correctly but stays on the optical channel and even though it is connected via optical, I have no sound. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times, staying on "F" for more than 15 seconds after restarting, it blinks on all outputs but nothing happens. I attempted to reset the soundbar unsuccessfully. Do you have any idea? Thank you

Hello,

I have one that I’m not sure is the same model, connected to a power strip with an external footswitch and never turned off except for an unfortunate vacuum incident (or power outage).

In this case, there’s no sound when I turn it back on; if I remember correctly, I then press the F button to select another input and then return to the optical input, then press the + button to restore the sound (maybe also, I can’t remember, turning the TV off and back on to reset the optical output).
