Hello,

No matter how many times I reset my password for my STEAM gaming account on Windows 10, it says the password is incorrect.

I have reset it 4 times and it still doesn’t work!

I need to contact STEAM: do they have an email for customer support?

If not, how can I regain access to my STEAM account?

        In fact, I tried to reset my password, I'm on the password change page, I enter it and then I validate, and there I get an error message from Steam in red "An error occurred while processing this request (error 16)" and I'm stuck.

        I tried on my Android smartphone.

        On my desktop PC at home running Windows 10, I also tried two weeks ago and had a similar issue.

        NOTE: I just encountered Steam error 29 as well! I have no network issues on my smartphone. I have Internet.

        NOTE also that I just managed to log into STEAM via the Android application. It's through the browser that I can't do it.

        However, the goal is to log in on my PC.
