Unable to format my computer Occitanie region

Hello,
I want to completely format my PC, but every time I try to reset it, I get a purple command screen startnet.cmd that prevents me from doing so, asking if I want to keep my files by typing 2 or if I want to delete my files by typing 1.
After that, nothing has changed; the computer says the reset did not work.
I've tried several times, always the same error. I searched online but couldn't find anything related to this.
Does anyone have a solution?
It's a Lenovo Yoga 500W Gen4

Software or hardware modifications to a loaned computer, in case of malfunction or for software installation, are prohibited by the contract signed with the regional administration by the borrower or their parents.
You must therefore contact the referring teacher, knowing that forum members do not have the authority to verify the validity of the loan period.
