Unable to download torrents

Hello, I've been having a problem downloading torrents for a while now.

I have a window with a blue background that appears and states:

This application cannot run on your PC.

To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.

I have already tried several solutions, all of which ended in failure, and others, which, not being a computer whiz, are beyond me.

If someone could provide a way to solve this problem, that would be great.

    What software did you install to download torrents?

    Hello, I have Windows 10 Home and I'm downloading torrents via BitTorrent Web, which works well on my other laptop.

    Thank you, and what are the sites with the torrent links for this software?

    I'm currently using 1337x, does it work with it?

      Software like Deluge simply records the torrent and downloads what it targets.

      To my knowledge, there is no "compatibility" to seek between a site offering torrent links and software.
