Switch controller

Hello,
On Thursday, February 15, 2024, my Nintendo Switch was stolen in Rouen (University Health Library). The console has been revoked.
I have filed a report and contacted Nintendo to locate the console, and I am awaiting their response.
I am also checking online sales sites to see if it has been put up for sale (left red Joy-Con and right white Joy-Con).
I have a few questions:
- If the console is revoked, does the thief have access to my data?
- If I take a Nintendo Online subscription, will the cloud reactivate?
- If I have the cloud, will putting my account on another Switch restore my data?
- Will data on the micro SD card be uploaded to the cloud?
- Is there any way for me to recover my Switch by myself?
- Regarding my screenshots, is there any way to recover them? (I imagine not)
- For Pokémon Home, do I still have access to the Pokémon on my Shield and Diamond versions?
I care a lot about it, and I want to do everything I can to get it back. There’s little chance the police will intervene; I want to know what I can do on my side. Any help is welcome.
I can provide the serial number.

Good evening, what model is your Switch (normal or OLED)?
Having had to buy a new Switch myself because the other one broke down overnight, I might be able to answer a few questions:
- If you take a Nintendo Switch Online subscription, the Cloud will reactivate;
- Putting your account on another Switch will allow you to retrieve the data of some games on the console that were saved on the Cloud;
- I'm not sure you'll be able to recover the screenshots :(
- Unfortunately, data on the SD card is not backed up in the Cloud;
- I don't see any ways to find your Switch, hopefully, you'll get lucky and find it.
Good luck in your search :)
Hello.
The simplest thing would be to ask Nintendo directly see this page.
