The g lab keyboard inverted keys

Hello, I have a The G Lab Keyz Rubidium keyboard and the keys Z, Q, S, D are swapped with the direction keys. I thought I could fix this issue with the keyboard software, but unfortunately when I open it, it doesn't work and shows a message saying "device disconnected". Does anyone have a solution, please?
