Gaomon M10K2018 Graphics Tablet Not Recognized

Hello,

My computer (Windows 10 PC) doesn't recognize my Gaomon M10K2018 tablet. I have the correct driver (the one from 2023). The computer says the USB port is working properly. The tablet is powered on.

    Hello,

    1: If your tablet appears in the Bluetooth and devices settings, it means your PC recognizes it, so it's a driver issue. If you can open the driver, check if there are any extra steps or installations to perform, also make sure there are no old drivers still installed if this isn't your first tablet, otherwise uninstall and reinstall the correct one (from their site) https://download.gaomon.net/plus/list.php?cateId=10&type=Driver&system=Win&Keyword=&tid=9#pcb and check that your antivirus hasn't restricted it.

    2: Otherwise, if you have several USB ports, try plugging it into another one, and preferably your tablet should be connected directly to the computer and not to a dock, which can cause slowdowns.
