Thomson TV 55UA7706, blue screen

Hello, I have a Thomson brand television. It was working perfectly, then suddenly I turn it back on and the screen is blue. I then thought it was the motherboard, which I replaced, but that didn't solve the problem. The remote works, there's no sound, no picture, just blue and nothing else on the screen. I can't access the settings.

Hi kaludy29,
Bring a lamp closer to your screen. If you see an image, your backlight is dead or not connected (when you replaced the board).
If you have an image, you either need to replace the LED strips or at least connect them!
"I then thought about the motherboard that I replaced": maybe the board was fine but the LED strips are dead.
Backlight replacement.
Another video tutorial. Also check the list on the right.
Best regards!
Thank you tixki for your response.
I checked that all the connectors are in place, no image even with the lamp; I tried in complete darkness and only got blue.
The question: could a problem with the backlight affect the sound of the television? Because right now I have nothing. Best regards.
No, it only controls the image to display, not the sound.
In your case, it should be black if there's a backlight issue.
Which means that the board is dead, has no ground... etc...
► Did you have an anti-static wrist strap when you replaced the board?
Make sure the TV is unplugged!
I have a very strong impression that your board was poorly reassembled or was defective, either from the start or when you installed it (static electricity).
