    Excerpt from the FAQ:

     My account has been temporarily locked You can try to log back in using the app or via the web by clicking here, and selecting "Unlock". Before logging back in, check the reasons why your account may have been locked, otherwise, it risks being permanently locked. Note: we will not be able to unlock your account for you.
