Hello,

I have tried in vain to turn off the alarm on my son's monster. I can't seem to remove it even though I pressed start and reset as indicated in another post. It only turns off the hourly beep. Does anyone have the solution, please? It's becoming really unbearable. Thank you very much for your help.
