My PC does not detect the connected ARGB devices.

Hello,

I have a little problem. On my case, I have an ARGB hub with 4 fans connected to it and a CPU cooler, but when I use software to change the colors (Armoury Crate/Aura Creator), it tells me that no components are detected apart from the motherboard (Asus Prime B550 Plus).

I don't know the cause of the problem.
