Socket access attempt

Hello,

I cannot access WINSCP to modify my website. A message says: "an attempt was made to access a socket in a manner prohibited by its access permissions". What should I do to resolve this issue?

      My site is hosted by OVH. WINSCP is my utility for modifying it.

        Are you trying to connect to an OVH FTP server, and not to your site?
