Hello,

I'm having a problem with my iPhone 13. It lowers the volume by itself when I'm listening to music on a speaker, but also when I'm listening to voice messages, for example.

Does anyone have a solution?

    Hello.

    Probably a modified setting, you can reset the settings to default on your iPhone, be careful I mean reset the settings, I'm not saying reset the iPhone.
