MYIDTRAVEL Error Code 50021

Hello,

I want to make a reservation via MyIDtravel on TRANSAVIA France, but I cannot finalize the operation; I keep getting error code 50021, which indicates that the phone number is not accepted. I have tried all solutions, including the country code 33 for France and without it, using 06 and only 6, 3306..... or 336.... but I always get the same error code. And providing the phone number is mandatory. Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello, actually you just need to put +33 and your number starting with 6 without the leading 0.

    Hello,

    No, even when entering only 33, the error code 50021 appears!

    This is annoying, because anyway if there is a problem the company contacts you via your email that you read on your mobile phone!

    27 09 24 and the same on my 2 Android smartphones!

    Spent a crazy amount of time without a solution...

    EXCEPT
