Error code 69 Asus

Hello, after a failed BIOS update, the Maximus Z790 Hero motherboard is displaying error code 69: System agent DXE initialization has started.

I don't know what that means.

So the PC turns on but nothing is displayed on the screen.

I tried clearing the CMOS but nothing happens.
