Contacting Facebook After Account Suspension?

Good evening,

Last month my account was suspended overnight by Facebook.

I appealed the decision on October 23rd.
When I log in I always see this message:

"you appealed
ON OCTOBER 23, 2023
Come back here later to see the result.
Your account is not visible on Facebook and you cannot use it."

Further down it states:
The review of your information usually takes no more than a day.

Except it's been over a month and nothing!
The worst part is that I still see the red notifications on the Facebook logo on the home page on Chrome and I continue to receive them by email (to tell me that someone commented on the post, etc.).

I think I know why I was suspended (because of an algorithm) I can tell you the reason if you want.

Anyway, I would like to know if anyone has an email (in French if possible) to contact Facebook directly to explain the situation and recover my account.

Thank you.

Hello.

For regular users, aside from the online form you filled out, there is no way to contact Facebook; you only have to wait for a possible response from Facebook, as only they can resolve your issue. Facebook often takes weeks, or even longer, to respond, and that is if they do respond at all.

A hello, a response, a thank you are always appreciated.

Good evening,

There's nothing strange about it, Facebook offers a free service and therefore has no legal obligation to respond in all circumstances.

However, it's always better to include a little hello or good evening when addressing others.
